Founder of Mindfulness Meditations with Wonnita Mac. I am a Master Certified Life Coach and an Advanced Consciousness Meditation Facilitator. Besides working with clients individually and in small groups, I offer several leading edge seminars and am available for hire as a Motivational Speaker!
It is my purpose and passion to work with all beautiful “Beings” who are interested in learning some radical new ways to manifest their hearts desires as we go about co-creating our lives! The time has come for us to wake up, to step out confidently, to love deeply, to laugh loudly, to dance to the beat of our hearts, to embrace our diversity, and to take a conscious role in the unfolding of the story of our lives!
How I Changed My Life
I have always been a keen learner, however; in 2001 following a very dark time, I set out on a quest to find answers to the deeper questions of life such as:
Who am I anyway? Why am I here? What is my purpose?
I believe my earnestness along with my thirst for truth opened up doors beyond my wildest expectations. I began to study like crazy with many fantastic teachers.
Because of the beautiful changes I have experienced, I have committed my life to sharing advanced programs which greatly shorten the learning curve so you don’t have to spend the years, time, or money that I did! My teachers say we are in blessed times where so many are waking up that it no longer needs to take years of study and practice.
The more I work with clients both one-on-one and in small groups, the more I fall in love with my life! To see clients let go of stress, anxiety and depression! To witness clients opening up and loving themselves! My heart just melts! To my clients past, present, and future, you are courageous and I Love you, I Love you, I Love you!
