I had no previous meditation experience and had been reading about its extensive benefits, so I was eager to check it out and learn what it was all about.  I had a strong feeling that I would gain a lot of benefits from meditation and boy was I right.  Meditation helped me build skills to tackle stress, promote self-awareness, aided in reducing negative thoughts, and enabled me to decide on some goals and intentions and stay focused.  It was definitely worth the time and effort!  Wonnita’s gentle teaching style is natural, loving, and patient.  All I can say is “WOW” AND “thanks”.

I can honesty say that meditation has changed my life.  Meditating helps me to get in touch with my inner being, to calm my mind, and to live in the present moment opposed to the race against time.  I have always had a very busy mind and in some ways I think I was born into this.  Meditating has given me freedom.  It also gave me a very strong sense of awareness.  I started really realizing how in fact, I am the one creating my life, events in my life or occurrences.  This sense of awareness helps me to respond to particular situations opposed to reacting to them.  And I do this by simply focusing on the breath and bringing myself into the present moment.  This for me is an amazing feeling of being in control and in power of my own destiny.  For me meditating is true serenity.  Thank you my dear friend Wonnita.  I love you so much and will be forever grateful!
